My name is Tracy and I believe a body needs to be healthy, on the inside as well as the outside, and by that I mean a good balance of physical and mental well-being! I believe it crucial to stretch your Body, Mind and Soul. That's why, I established Yoga Fit UK in 2014, as a holistic business where you can find Yoga, Fitness & Nutrition, Meditation, Therapy & Healing all under one umbrella.
Originally established in London but now based in Bedford where I specialise in Personal 121 Yoga and Yoga Therapy, designed specifically for your physical or psychological needs. I also run Group Yoga Classes weekly plus offer Personal Training & Nutrition Plans to help you reach your Fitness goals, Meditation & Mindfulness Courses to nourish the mind, and run relaxing Retreats in exotic locations where you can detox and reboot. The business is also constantly growing and evolving to be able to offer you more, so keep a look out for new and exiting additions coming soon.

We have successfully helped Golfers, Runners, Cyclists, Rowers, Triathletes, Beginners, people with Depression, Anxiety, Menopause, Grief, Quitting smoking and more.
We also cater for those with special conditions or needs, such as Pregnancy, Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.
Prices starting from £45 for a one hour session or a discounted rate for a 10 week course or block booking, specifically designed for you
and your needs, is also available.

Group classes are a great way to have fun with your friends or a bunch of total strangers! Either way, you'll soon realise that yoga is not just for the super-fit and super-bendy, but for everyone! ..Tall, short, big, small, men, women, young, old, bendy and unbendy.
We run mixed classes where all are welcome.
They style of yoga we teach is Hatha - the original form of yoga that all other yoga styles are based on. It's a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment so come along and enjoy yourself! Detox, de-stress, stretch your body & your mind and Breathe!

All our classes are suitable for beginners.
Starting at £35 p/hr, we offer Weight-loss programs including full eating plan with recipes, Specifically designed Gym programs
which you can do on your own, 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions and Nutritional Advice & Meal Plans.
Whatever you choose, we help to monitor your progress and motivate you throughout.
